As well as a fantastic programme of speakers and workshops, we have brought together many key organisations that support schools in the region. This conference will tackle the biggest leadership challenges of the moment, from strong leadership and resilient staff, through to attendance and redressing the contract between schools, students and families. VNET is pleased to be jointly hosting the conference with Norfolk School Leaders' Association (formerly Educate Norfolk) again this year.

The opening keynote, 'Punk Leadership', delivered by Keziah Featherstone FCCT, Executive Headteacher and founder of #WomenEd, draws parallels between the fiercely independent punk spirit and the demands of modern school leadership. Keziah offers a fresh perspective on how to navigate the complexities of value-driven leadership.  

Vic Goddard, Headteacher of Passmores Academy, in the closing keynote, will share with us how in a landscape littered with obstacles, he has been able to galvanise and bring together his school community more than ever before.
