What kind of people are we looking for?

Our ideal NPQ facilitators are outstanding leaders with a minimum of three years’ experience in relevant roles. They possess a strong understanding of the evidence base for school improvement and are committed to System Leadership. Essential qualities include the capacity for undertaking facilitation work and having the full support of their employer.

Recruitment process

  • Recruitment is via the short application form which you can download below. Please note the need for a referee whose completed reference must be submitted by the deadline.
  • Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a short interview.
  • Following interviews, successful applicants will begin their induction with the Julian Teaching School Hub, before receiving induction training with Ambition Institute in early spring 2025.
